Woll Titanium Nowo Induction frying pan
The Woll Titanium Nowo Induction frying pan is a hand-cast aluminium frying pan with a titanium non-stick coating, a classic from the German brand for anyone looking for durability. Available in 24, 26, 28 and 32 cm diameters.
Its thick base stores heat and distributes it evenly, so meat sears well and omelettes set without burning in the centre. The titanium coating is highly resistant to scratching and lets you cook with little oil. The detachable handle lets the pan go in the oven up to 250 °C and makes it easier to store.
It is hand-cast in aluminium in Germany, with a thick induction base (about 8 mm) that does not warp and distributes heat evenly, and has the Nowo titanium non-stick coating, highly resistant to abrasion.

Care: Although it is dishwasher safe, Woll recommends washing it by hand with hot water and a soft sponge to better preserve the non-stick. Use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scourers.
