Woll Titanium Nowo Induction deep pan 24 cm
The Woll Titanium Nowo Induction 24 cm deep frying pan is a high-sided, hand-cast aluminium frying pan with a titanium non-stick coating, ideal for stir-fries, sauces and quick stews.
At 7 cm high and with a capacity of 2,5 litres, it lets you sauté, stir-fry and add liquid without fear of it boiling over: garlic prawns, chicken in sauce or a pasta finished in the pan. Its thick base keeps a constant temperature, and the titanium non-stick makes it easy to cook with little fat. The detachable handle allows use in the oven up to 250 °C.
It is hand-cast in aluminium in Germany, with a thick induction base (about 8 mm) that does not warp and distributes heat evenly, and has the Nowo titanium non-stick coating, highly resistant to abrasion.

Care: Although it is dishwasher safe, Woll recommends washing it by hand with hot water and a soft sponge to better preserve the non-stick. Use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scourers.
