At Pino & Jacaranda SL, we process your data for the primary purpose of maintaining our contact list:

Payment financed with Aplázame: If you choose this payment method, your personal data will be transferred to Aplázame , a financial institution specializing in consumer credit solutions. The transfer will include the data necessary for risk analysis, creditworthiness assessment, and formalization of the financing contract.

Payment financed with Pepper Finance: If you choose this option, your data will be transferred to Pepper Finance , a financial institution that offers consumer lending and flexible financing services. The data will be used solely to evaluate your application, formalize the financing contract, and manage the corresponding payments.

Both financial institutions will process data in accordance with current data protection regulations, under their own privacy policies, and as data controllers for credit purposes. Pino & Jacaranda is not involved in the approval or management of credit, limiting itself to facilitating access to these payment solutions.

Currency conversion: We use third-party services that process your IP address to determine your location and display prices in your local currency. To do this, a session cookie is stored in your browser, which is automatically deleted when you close your browser.

User registration and access keys

The User may register and access their personal account at Pino & Jacaranda using different methods:

  • Your own username and password , chosen when creating the account.
  • Access via Google , through secure authentication of your Google account.
  • Access via Facebook , through secure authentication of your Facebook account.

If you choose to log in with Google or Facebook, Pino & Jacaranda will only receive the basic identification information (first name, last name, email address) necessary to create or link the account. Under no circumstances will we have access to other credentials or passwords for those platforms.
