Terms and conditions of purchase
On this page you will find essential information about taxes, cancellations, returns, guarantees, and the use of the Pino & Jacaranda website, explained clearly and transparently.
VAT and invoices
- All our products include the corresponding VAT, in accordance with current Spanish and European legislation.
- If you need an invoice, you can request it by sending an email to info@pinoyjacaranda.com indicating your tax details and order number. We will send it to you as soon as possible in digital format.
Cancellations, prices and availability
If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can cancel it by contacting us by phone or email. If the order has not yet been shipped and cancellation is possible, we will refund the full amount. We will never keep something that does not belong to us.
Pino & Jacaranda assumes no responsibility for graphic or numerical errors derived from website maintenance and reserves the right to cancel orders for these reasons, for calculation errors, or for reasons beyond the company's control, refunding any amount paid by the customer.
We may also cancel orders if the merchandise is in poor condition in our warehouse, if the supplier confirms their inability to serve it, or if they are custom-made products that ultimately cannot be manufactured.
Prices shown on the website may be modified without prior notice due to campaigns, sales, manufacturer price changes, or seasonal adjustments.
Coupons and promotional codes
Coupons and discount codes issued by Pino & Jacaranda are subject to the specific conditions indicated in each promotion and are for personal and non-transferable use.
Each promotional code can be used only once per customer and profile. Repeated use of the same code, or the attempt of multiple applications from the same profile or through automated systems, will result in the automatic cancellation of the order by the system.
Likewise, the customer acknowledges that the creation of multiple accounts in order to circumvent the usage limitations of promotional codes may be considered fraudulent use, reserving Pino & Jacaranda the right to cancel associated orders, annul promotional benefits and, where appropriate, block said accounts.
In case of an obvious error or a disproportionate amount in the discount value due to technical, human, or configuration reasons, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or adjust said coupon, even if it had been applied during the purchase process.
In these cases, Pino & Jacaranda may cancel the purchase order and proceed to refund the amount paid, after communicating with the customer and explaining the error detected.
Professional orders and special commercial conditions
Some orders may be processed under special commercial conditions, professional discounts, negotiated rates, or specific agreements for interior design studios, companies, businesses, hotels, restaurants, or other clients linked to an economic activity or professional project.
In these cases, the client acknowledges and accepts that certain products may have been reserved, requested, or acquired expressly from the supplier or manufacturer to fulfill their specific order, even if the item is published on our website.
Due to the nature of these operations, Pino & Jacaranda may apply particular cancellation, return, and refund conditions different from those provided for standard end-consumer orders.
Unless expressly and in writing accepted by Pino & Jacaranda, orders processed under special professional conditions, negotiated discounts, or specific purchases from suppliers will be considered a final sale that cannot be cancelled or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defect, transport damage, or error attributable to the company.
In-store order pickup
When an order has been placed for in-store pickup, we will notify you as soon as it is available for collection.
Maximum pickup period
Orders must be picked up within a maximum of 30 days from their availability. If the customer needs to extend this period, they must request it before its expiration and have express confirmation from Pino & Jacaranda. If the period expires without pickup or communication, it will be understood as withdrawal by the customer, and the company may freely dispose of the product. In such a case, a voucher for the amount actually paid will be issued, valid for 12 months from its issuance. Said voucher will not be exchangeable for cash.
Returns
In the case of voluntary returns, the customer assumes the return costs, except for specific campaigns where Pino & Jacaranda expressly indicates that it will cover these costs.
Review and return periods
Review period: You have 48 hours from receipt to review the item and check for any damage or irregularities. After this period, we will not be able to accept claims for transport incidents.
Return period: According to articles 102 and subsequent of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to justify the reason, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
This right does not apply to custom-made, personalized products, products with special finishes, or when it is expressly indicated that they are not returnable.
Custom-made items cannot be returned once their manufacture has begun, except in cases of error, defect, or breakage attributable to the manufacturer, transport, or the item itself.
Rols Carpet rugs
Rols Carpet rugs are made to order from rolls of material available at the factory, specifically manufactured according to the measurements, finish, and type of edging selected by the customer.
Although standard sizes are shown on the website, these do not correspond to ready-made stock products, but to available manufacturing options. Each rug is produced individually after order confirmation.
For this reason, and in accordance with the regulations applicable to products made to customer specifications, returns of this type of item are not accepted once their manufacturing process has begun, except in case of defect, error, or incident attributable to the product.
Returns of bulky furniture
In the case of bulky furniture or palletized shipments, due to their logistical characteristics and the limitations of transport agencies, Pino & Jacaranda cannot guarantee the management of collection for returns using the same service used for delivery.
In most cases, it will be the customer themselves who must arrange the return by their own means, delivering the merchandise to one of our physical stores:
- Sancti-Petri (Cádiz) store
- Marbella (Málaga) store
This condition is part of the purchase conditions accepted at the time of order.
We recommend that the customer verify the measurements, access points, and available space before purchasing these types of items, as their return may involve more complex logistical management.
Custom-made resin-coated tablecloths
Resin-coated tablecloths are custom-made at the time of purchase, from rolls available in our warehouse, cut expressly according to the measurements requested by the customer.
For this reason, and in accordance with consumer regulations for products made to consumer specifications, it is not possible to refund the amount once the cutting and making of the tablecloth has been carried out.
However, if the customer is not satisfied, Pino & Jacaranda offers the possibility of issuing a voucher for the value of the product, usable for future purchases in our store.
This voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue and will not be exchangeable for cash.
Return cost: For voluntary returns, the cost is borne by the customer, applying the actual cost of return shipping. This is usually higher than the initial shipping cost, as returns typically do not have the commercial bonuses of outbound shipments. The specific amount will be calculated based on the size, weight, and number of packages and will be communicated before coordinating the pickup.

These products are manufactured to order. Due to their special nature, they are not returnable except in cases of damage during transport. If they arrive broken or damaged, we will manage the replacement of the affected pieces.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com indicating the order number in the subject line (for example, PJ-1001). It is important that the entire process is in writing.
Products must be sent in the same condition as they were delivered and always with their original packaging. Once received and examined, if everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund: will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, although the actual appearance of the credit may depend on the bank, card, or payment provider (e.g., PayPal).
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent, in which case Pino & Jacaranda will assume the collection cost.

Fragile items
For especially delicate items, such as mirrors or other fragile pieces, we will ask you to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us document its condition upon receipt and is indispensable for managing claims for possible transport damage.
Payment methods
We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and Bizum.
Data transmission is carried out securely through platforms such as Shopify Payments or PayPal. Your account will only be charged after your bank authorizes the transaction.
Products on order or pre-order: For items with extended manufacturing or delivery times, the customer acknowledges and accepts that certain payment providers, such as PayPal, may apply temporary limitations for refund management.
For this reason, Pino & Jacaranda recommends using a bank card through Shop Pay or bank transfer for these types of orders, as they allow for more flexible management in case of incidents, cancellations, or returns outside the deadlines established by third-party payment platforms.
If PayPal is used for made-to-order products, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent limitations of this platform, which may affect the refund process and resolution times in exceptional situations.
In cases where, due to these limitations, it is not technically possible to process the refund through PayPal within the deadlines established by the platform itself, Pino & Jacaranda reserves the right to issue the refund via bank transfer.
Likewise, the customer accepts that, in these exceptional cases, costs associated with non-recoverable payment platform commissions may be deducted from the amount to be refunded, provided that such costs have not been previously reimbursed to Pino & Jacaranda by the payment provider.
Similarly, if the bank transfer generates additional costs, for example in international accounts or in different currencies, such costs may also be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.
Warranty for transport damage
You have 24 hours from the receipt of the order to inspect the merchandise and notify us of any damage resulting from transport by writing to info@pinoyjacaranda.com. After this period, it will not be possible to open a claim with the agency's insurance.
If you detect damage to the package at the time of delivery, it is important to note it on the carrier's delivery note and to take photographs of the packaging and the product. If we confirm the damage, we will arrange for collection and replacement at no additional cost to you.
The warranty for transport damage may be affected if the customer directly modifies the address, date, delivery point, or shipping conditions with the agency once the order has been dispatched, especially when such modification hinders traceability or the correct management of the claim.
Legal guarantee
All our products come with the 2-year legal warranty established by current regulations. Some items are intended exclusively for domestic use, and we are not responsible for uses other than those intended by the manufacturer.
To claim the warranty, it will be necessary to present proof of purchase and, if applicable, provide photographs or videos that allow the incident to be assessed.
User rights and obligations
The use of the Pino & Jacaranda website is governed by current legislation and by the principles of good faith. The user agrees to use the site diligently, without harming third parties or carrying out illegal, defamatory activities or activities that infringe on the rights of third parties.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the website's content is prohibited without express written authorization from Pino & Jacaranda or the corresponding rights holders.

Each item includes a description, measurements, and photographs provided by the brand or our team. The images are illustrative, and occasionally, they may show slight variations from the final product in tone, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen settings.
User registration and access keys
If you decide to create an account on our website, you agree to diligently safeguard your access data and not share your password with third parties. Pino & Jacaranda will not be responsible for the improper use of access credentials resulting from their loss, theft, or disclosure to third parties.
