Vouchers & Gift Cards

The Pino & Jacaranda gift card is a digital code that you buy today and send in seconds. Perfect when you want to give a gift of decor or kitchenware, but prefer that the person calmly chooses what really suits them.

It is delivered by email with usage instructions. To pay, simply enter the code on the checkout screen, and the amount will be automatically deducted.

You can choose the card in any of these amounts:

If you're torn between two amounts, the higher one usually works better: it allows for combining several pieces instead of being halfway there with just one.

1. The recipient receives an email with the card code.
2. They choose the products they want and proceed to checkout.
3. They enter the code in the gift card field, and the amount is deducted from the total.
4. If there's a remaining balance, the card remains active until it's used up.

Balance

If the order is less than the card amount, the remaining balance is available for future purchases with the same code. You can use it as many times as you like until it's depleted.

If the order exceeds the card amount, you just pay the difference using any payment method.

Validity

The gift card has no expiration date. The balance remains available indefinitely.

Costs

The card has no additional fees for issuance or processing. The amount you pay is exactly the amount available to spend.

Usage

• It is nominative but transferable: whoever has the code can use it, so keep it safe and don't share it publicly.
• It is not redeemable for cash or refundable once used.
• It can be combined with promotional products and shipping costs for the order.
• Its use for purchasing another gift card is not permitted.
• If you lose the code, please write to us: we can locate it based on the purchase order.

Cancellation of purchase

Like any online purchase, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw and get your money back, provided the card has not been used. Write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com indicating the order number. You can consult the complete procedure in Returns and refunds.

A store voucher is not the same as a gift card. We issue it in specific situations, such as a return that does not qualify for a refund or an in-store pickup order that was not collected.

Unlike the gift card, the voucher has a validity of 12 months from its issuance and is not redeemable for cash.

If, in your case, a voucher is to be issued, we will confirm it via email with the amount and specific conditions before generating it. The cases are detailed in the Terms and conditions of purchase.
