1. Delivery times
We work with various shipping agencies depending on the type of product: parcel delivery for small and medium-sized items, and specialized shipping for large furniture and decor.
The approximate delivery times are:
- Small items : between 2 and 7 business days .
- Furniture and bulky items : between 7 and 21 business days , depending on the product.

During periods of high demand (sales, Black Friday , Cyber Week , etc.), delivery times may be affected by agency congestion. Pino & Jacaranda cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers.
2. Place of delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer or, occasionally, to a nearby pickup point if the agency cannot deliver to the exact address. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and accessible information for delivery.
Furniture deliveries are always delivered to the street level , unless the product description specifically states that they include delivery and assembly. If you wish to purchase this additional service, you can request it and we will provide you with a personalized assessment, provided access permits (elevator, wide stairs, etc.).
3. Special conditions
- La Cartuja de Sevilla : The average production time is 5 weeks . During August, when the factory closes, orders placed that month are delivered starting in September.
- Custom-made products : delivery times will be confirmed for each order and may vary depending on volume and season.
4. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal
Due to high shipping costs, shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Portugal incur a surcharge compared to the mainland Spanish rate. In the event of an incident or rate change, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue processing the order or request a refund.
5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries in the European Union and, upon request, to the rest of the world (America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania). Request a quote by writing to info@pinoyjacaranda.com .
Customs fees and import taxes will always be borne by the customer. This is especially true for shipments to the United Kingdom after Brexit.
6. Shipping to the United Kingdom
We currently do not accept direct purchases from the United Kingdom due to increased costs and customs procedures. If you wish to place an order to the UK, please contact us in advance by email to confirm whether shipping is possible and under what conditions.
British customs may require additional information such as your passport or tax identification number. In this case, we will request it from you. This is a standard procedure and does not affect the order itself.
7. Shipping costs
Thousands of items in our store include free shipping . Each product listing indicates whether the item benefits from this benefit. Additionally:
- La Cartuja de Sevilla : orders with shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal enjoy free shipping on orders over €100 .
- Aromatherapy Collection : Orders over €50 have free shipping in Spain and mainland Portugal.

8. Change of address
Once the order has been picked up by the shipping agency, the delivery address cannot be changed, unless the agency allows it for an additional fee. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, you can change the address without any problem.
