01Delivery times
We work with different agencies depending on the type of product: parcel delivery for small and medium-sized items, and specialized transport for furniture and large items.

The specific delivery time is usually indicated on each product page. If it is not listed, or if you need the order by a specific date, please write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com or call us at +34 610 106 298 / +34 679 465 033 and we will check it before you make your purchase.
During periods of high demand such as sales, Black Friday, or the Christmas campaign, delivery times may be extended due to agency overload.
When the 30-day period applies. When we have not indicated a specific delivery time for a product, delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.
Many of our items have their own longer lead time, and we always communicate it to you before you buy: on the product page, in the quote, or in the order confirmation email. This is the case for custom-made, made-to-order, back-ordered, or imported products. In these cases, that specific lead time applies and replaces the 30-day period.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the communicated deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can choose to wait for a new date or cancel the order and get a full refund.
02Shipping areas
We currently ship directly from the website to:
- Peninsular Spain
- Peninsular Portugal
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- France and Germany
- United Kingdom, subject to customs checks and import taxes

03How and where it is delivered
Delivery is made to the address you provide or, when the agency cannot access the exact address, to a nearby collection point. We need you to provide us with complete contact details and an accessible address.
What furniture delivery includes
Furniture deliveries are curbside, unless the product description expressly states that they include delivery upstairs or assembly. This means that the carrier unloads the merchandise at the portal, not into the home.
If you wish to arrange for upstairs delivery and assembly, please ask us and we will prepare a personalized quote, provided access allows: available elevator, wide stairs, or no special restrictions.
Before purchasing furniture: measure the space where the piece will go, but also the door, hallway, landing, and elevator. This is the number one cause of issues with large deliveries.
04Products with special delivery times
La Cartuja de Sevilla. Made to order, with an average production time of 5 weeks. During August, the factory remains closed, so orders placed during this period will be delivered from September onwards.
Custom-made, made-to-order, and back-ordered products. Lead times are confirmed for each order and vary depending on volume, chosen finish, manufacturer availability, and season. We will always communicate the estimated lead time before you confirm your purchase, and that will be the reference date for the order. Please also note that these items do not allow withdrawal once manufacturing has begun: consult the details in Returns and Refunds.
05Shipping costs
Many products in our store have free shipping, and this is explicitly indicated on each item's page when applicable. For the rest, the system automatically calculates the cost by weight and destination, and shows it to you in the cart before payment.
Collection promotions
- La Cartuja de Sevilla: free shipping from €100 in peninsular Spain and Portugal.
- Aromatherapy Collection: free shipping from €50 in peninsular Spain and Portugal.
When a product page indicates free shipping, the promotion normally applies only to peninsular Spain and Portugal. It does not necessarily cover islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom, or other European or international destinations.
The amount you see in the cart is final. If you notice a rate that doesn't seem right, please write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com before paying and we will review it.
06Rates by zone and weight
These are the general rates applied by the automatic calculator when the product does not have free shipping. The weight is the total order weight.

07International shipments and customs
You can purchase directly from the website for delivery to France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, with the rates listed in the previous section. For other countries, we work by quote.
For shipments outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, the order may be subject to customs controls, requests for additional information by the agency or local authorities, and duties, import taxes, and fees.
These amounts are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or the shipping rate. They are usually paid to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
If any issue arises with the transport calculation or shipment feasibility, please write to info@pinoyjacaranda.com and we will review it manually.
08Upon receiving the order
Please inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If anything has arrived damaged, notify us within the first 24 hours by writing to info@pinoyjacaranda.com with photographs and the order number.
This tight deadline has a reason: 24 hours is the window allowed by agencies to open an incident report. Within that time, we activate the insurance and resolve it at no cost to you.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, make a note on the delivery receipt before signing. For fragile items such as mirrors or glassware, record a video of the unboxing.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred at the time of delivery. Until then, we are responsible. And if you miss the 24-hour window, please still write to us: the 3-year legal warranty is still valid.
09Address changes and failed deliveries
If the order has not yet shipped
We can modify the delivery address as long as it is operationally possible. Contact us as soon as possible.
If the order is already with the agency
Delivery will be managed according to the address you provided in the order. Any subsequent change of address, date, collection point, or delivery method is subject to the agency's own terms and conditions.
If you arrange a modification of the shipment directly with the carrier, please note that it may hinder the traceability of the order and, consequently, the management of a possible claim for damages. Any additional costs applied by the agency for this change will be at your expense.
If no one is available for delivery
Agencies usually make a second attempt or leave the shipment at a collection point. If the order is not collected and returns to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment; the costs of the second delivery may be charged.
This does not affect your right of withdrawal or legal guarantees, which you can consult in Returns and refunds.
