Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times, shipping zones, delivery types, and rates explained clearly so you know how and when you will receive your order at all times.
1. Delivery Times
We work with different transport agencies depending on the type of product: parcel delivery for small and medium-sized items, and specialized transport for furniture and large volume pieces.
The estimated delivery times are:
- Small items: between 2 and 7 business days.
- Furniture and bulky items: between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the product.
The specific delivery time is usually indicated on each product's description. If it's not listed or you need an urgent delivery, you can contact us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com or by phone at +34 610 106 298 / +34 679 465 033.
During periods of high demand, such as sales, Black Friday, or Cyber Week, delivery times may be affected by agency saturation. Pino & Jacaranda cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external carriers or suppliers.
2. Delivery Location
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer or, in some cases, to a nearby collection point when the agency cannot deliver to the exact address. The customer is responsible for providing complete contact details and an accessible address for delivery.
Furniture deliveries are always to the street level, unless the product description explicitly states that they include upstairs delivery and/or assembly.
If you wish to contract an additional upstairs delivery and assembly service, you can request it and we will prepare a personalized quote, provided that access allows for it, such as an available elevator, wide stairs, or absence of special restrictions.
3. Special Conditions
- La Cartuja de Sevilla: the average production time is 5 weeks. During the month of August, as the factory remains closed, orders placed during that period will be delivered from September onwards.
- Custom-made products: delivery times will be confirmed for each order and may vary depending on the volume, chosen finish, and season.
4. Shipping Zones
We currently offer direct web shipping to the following zones:
- Peninsular Spain.
- Peninsular Portugal.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- France and Germany.
- United Kingdom, subject to specific customs and import conditions.
For any other country or region, we offer shipments under personalized quote. You can write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com or contact us by phone or WhatsApp so that we can prepare a quote tailored to your order.
5. International Shipping
International shipping directly from the website is currently available for France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, with the indicative rates detailed below.
For other countries in the European Union and worldwide, we only work under quote. If you wish to place an international order outside these destinations, please contact us by email or phone to evaluate the case and calculate the transport cost.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, customs fees, import taxes, and possible local duties will always be borne by the customer.
6. Shipping to the United Kingdom
We currently accept purchases with destination to the United Kingdom via the website, applying the general rates indicated in the corresponding section.
However, as this is a destination outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs controls, requests for additional data by the agency or British authorities, and import taxes or fees which will be the customer's responsibility.
If there is any issue with the applied rate, the transport calculation, or the feasibility of the shipment, we would appreciate it if you could write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com to review it manually.
7. Shipping Costs
The rates below are indicative generic rates for shipments automatically calculated by weight and destination zone. However, many products in our store come with free shipping, a circumstance expressly indicated on each item's description when applicable.
In addition, some collections or campaigns may apply special conditions. For example:
- La Cartuja de Sevilla: orders shipped to peninsular Spain and Portugal enjoy free shipping from €100.
- Aromatherapy Collection: orders over €50 have free shipping in peninsular Spain and Portugal.
Also, even if a product description indicates free shipping, this promotion may apply only to peninsular Spain and peninsular Portugal, and not necessarily to islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom, or other European or international destinations.
For other products, the system will automatically display the exact cost using the shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart.
If you detect any error, an incorrect rate, or any amount that seems unsuitable to you, we would appreciate it if you could write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com to review and correct it if we confirm the error.

8. Modification of the delivery address
If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can modify the delivery address as long as it is operationally possible. To do so, the customer must contact Pino & Jacaranda as soon as possible.
Once the order has been delivered to the transport agency, delivery will be managed according to the address indicated by the customer in the initial order. Any subsequent change of address, date, delivery point, or delivery method will be subject to the conditions of the agency itself.
If the customer directly agrees with the transport agency to modify the delivery address or any change in the shipping conditions, Pino & Jacaranda will not be responsible for any incidents, delays, losses, damages, additional costs, or failed deliveries that may result from such modification.
In these cases, any additional cost applied by the transport agency as a result of the change requested by the customer will be borne by the customer.
