Shipping and Delivery

We work with different transport agencies depending on the type of product: parcel delivery for small and medium-sized items, and specialized transport for furniture and large items.

The estimated delivery times are:

• Small items : between 2 and 7 business days .
• Furniture and bulky items : between 7 and 21 working days , depending on the product.

During periods of high demand (sales, Black Friday , Cyber ​​Week , etc.) deadlines may be affected by the saturation of agencies. Pino & Jacaranda cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or external suppliers.

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer or, in some cases, to a nearby collection point when the agency cannot deliver to the exact address. The customer is responsible for providing complete contact details and an accessible address for delivery.

Furniture deliveries are always made to street level , unless the product description expressly states that it includes delivery and/or assembly.

If you wish to hire an additional service for lifting and assembly, you can request it and we will prepare a personalized quote, provided that access allows it (available elevator, wide stairs, absence of special restrictions, etc.).

• The Cartuja de Sevilla : the average production time is 5 weeks . During the month of August, as the factory remains closed, orders placed during that period are delivered starting in September.
• Custom-made products : delivery times will be confirmed for each order and may vary depending on the volume, the chosen finish and the season.

We currently ship directly from our website to the following areas:

• Peninsular Spain .
• Peninsular Portugal .
• Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla .
• France and Germany (international shipments within the European Union).

For any other country or region, we offer shipping under a custom quote . You can write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com or contact us by phone or WhatsApp so we can prepare a quote tailored to your order.

International shipping options available directly from the website currently only include France and Germany . with the rates detailed below in the section on “Europe (France and Germany)”.

For the rest of the countries in the European Union and the world (America, Asia, Africa and Oceania), we only work on a budget basis . If you wish to place an international order outside of France or Germany, please contact us by email or phone to study the case and calculate the transport cost.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes will always be the responsibility of the customer.

We currently do not accept direct purchases from the United Kingdom due to increased costs and the complexity of customs procedures. If you wish to place an order destined for the UK, you must first contact us by email to confirm if shipping is possible and under what conditions.

British customs authorities may require additional information such as passport number or tax identification number. If necessary, we will request them from you. This is standard procedure and does not affect the validity of the order.

Many items in our store include free shipping . Each product page clearly indicates whether the item qualifies for this benefit. Additionally:

• La Cartuja de Sevilla : orders with shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal enjoy free shipping from €100 .
• Aromatherapy Collection : Orders over €50 have free shipping in Spain and mainland Portugal.

For all other products, the system will automatically display the exact cost using the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can modify the delivery address without any problem. Once the package has been picked up by the transport agency, any changes depend on the agency's own conditions and may involve an additional cost.
