Cancellations, prices and availability

PINO & JACARANDA does not assume any graphic or numerical error that may occur due to the maintenance of the website and reserves the right to cancel any order for this reason, due to errors in calculating prices or margins, or for other reasons beyond the control of the company. , returning and reimbursing any amount previously received.

Returns

What is the deadline for the review and/or return of the product?

  • Immediately afterwards, we will send you the return label by email and we will ask the transport agency to come to the requested address for the collection.
  • Once the items are received back in our warehouse and we verify that the above conditions are met and the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount that the customer paid when making the purchase.
  • You will receive the refund of the amount through the usual payment gateway of the platform within a maximum period of 14 days from when we receive the notification of withdrawal or return from you. If the payment method is PayPal , according to PayPal's own conditions, Pino & Jacaranda processes the refund within the maximum period indicated above, but the amount may not appear in your bank account or card until a few more days have passed.
  • The return costs will always be deducted from the amount of the refund, except if the product is defective, or if the wrong item has arrived by mistake, in which case we assume the cost of the collection.
  • Products made to measure for the client (eg headboards, among others) do not admit changes or returns.

    Delicate Items and Products

After this period we will not be able to enforce the guarantee for transport damage.

    If the client observes any damage on the outside of the package or believes that the content may be damaged, it is important to record it on the delivery note of the transport company at the time of signing its receipt.

    In order to expedite any claim process for this type of damage, we may request the sending of photographs of the damaged item.

    Once the damage has been verified, we will proceed to collect the defective material and replace it by the same transport company, always in the shortest possible time and at no cost to the client.

    It is necessary that the merchandise be returned in the same original packaging that was delivered, the customer being responsible for not getting rid of these packaging until checking its perfect condition, and if necessary, repackaging it and making it available to the transport company.
