01What is a cookie

04Cookies and personalized advertising
If you accept advertising cookies, Google and Meta can recognize your browser and show you Pino & Jacaranda ads tailored to your interests on their platforms and associated sites, as well as measure how many visits and purchases our campaigns generate.
This use is directly related to what is described in the section "Use of data for personalized advertising" of our Privacy Policy, where we also explain how we process the data that customers provide directly to us.
We transmit your decision on cookies to these providers using the technical mechanisms provided for this purpose (Google's Consent Mode and Meta's equivalents). If you reject advertising cookies, advertising tags are not activated and these platforms do not receive identifying signals from your browsing.

05Your consent

Until you choose, only technical cookies are installed. Neither analytical nor advertising cookies are activated without your prior consent. Closing the banner or continuing to browse does not equate to acceptance.

Withdrawing consent does not delete already installed cookies. To completely remove them, in addition to changing your preferences here, clear your browsing data from your browser settings.

This policy is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) , and Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), as well as by the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency regarding cookies.
Pino & Jacaranda may modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation, criteria of the supervisory authority, or changes in the tools we use. Any updates will be published on this same page, indicating the revision date in the header.
