Woll Carbon Steel deep frying pan 24 cm
The Woll Carbon Steel 24 cm deep frying pan is a very practical-sized carbon steel frying pan, with a high 7 cm rim and a capacity of 2,3 litres, perfect for everyday cooking for two or three people.
It is good for stir-frying vegetables, sautéing, browning potatoes or frying an egg with crispy edges over a high heat. Carbon steel heats up quickly and responds at once to temperature changes, and with use it develops a natural patina that improves its non-stick performance.
It is made from carbon steel with no chemical coatings or PFAS and seasoned with natural oils. Its fixed wooden handle stays cool during cooking and offers a comfortable grip.
