The fleur-de-lis embodies all the nobility and simplicity of a timeless symbol, such as the Cartuja de Sevilla. The fleur-de-lis pattern was created by Juan Maeso in 1892 and is traced onto our blue pieces. This French-inspired pattern captures the style of three territories—Spanish, English, and French—in a set of pieces that make up this dinnerware collection, so popular in recent decades.
After almost 200 years, the master formula that, in its proper proportions, results in the fine earthenware characteristic of La Cartuja de Sevilla still maintains its same components.
