Woll Eco Logic QXR wok 28 cm
The Woll Eco Logic QXR 28 cm wok is a cast aluminium wok with a PFAS-free non-stick coating, designed for stir-frying, sautéing and cooking oriental and Mediterranean recipes over a high heat.
At 10 cm high and with a capacity of 3,5 litres, it lets you toss vigorously without the ingredients spilling out. Its 13,5 cm base concentrates the heat in the centre, while the wide sides are useful for pushing aside what is already cooked. The Diamond-QXR coating lets vegetables, noodles or prawns slide around without sticking and with very little oil.
The body is cast aluminium, hand-cast in Germany (Saarland), with a thick base that stores and distributes heat evenly, and it has the PFAS-free Diamond-QXR non-stick coating. The handle is detachable.
A sturdy wok that holds its heat even when cold ingredients are added, suitable for all types of hob.
