Woll Titanium Nowo Induction frying pan 20 cm
The Woll Titanium Nowo Induction 20 cm frying pan is a small cast aluminium frying pan with a titanium non-stick coating, perfect for a couple of eggs, a French omelette or heating up an individual portion.
Its thick base holds the heat steadily, so food browns evenly even in a pan of this size. The titanium non-stick lets you cook with very little fat and everything releases easily. The handle is detachable, so the pan can finish the recipe in the oven up to 250 °C.
It is hand-cast in aluminium in Germany, with a thick induction base (about 8 mm) that does not warp and distributes heat evenly, and has the Nowo titanium non-stick coating, highly resistant to abrasion.

Care: Although it is dishwasher safe, Woll recommends washing it by hand with hot water and a soft sponge to better preserve the non-stick. Use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scourers.
