Woll Concept Pro frying pan with detachable handle

The Woll Concept Pro frying pan is a stainless steel frying pan with a detachable handle, the natural companion to the pots in the same series and a good ally for browning and sautéing over a high heat.

It is ideal for searing meat, marking fish, sautéing mushrooms or vegetables and then making a sauce with the juices left in the pan. Thanks to the detachable handle you can move it to the oven to finish a piece or to gratinate, and store it taking up very little space.

Its body is a five-layer, two-metal composite that spreads heat evenly across the whole base. It is suitable for all types of hob, including induction, and for the oven up to 220 °C without the handle. Woll offers a 25 year guarantee on the body.
