Woll Concept Pro casserole dish with lid 24 cm
The Woll Concept Pro 24 cm casserole with lid is a shallow stainless steel casserole ideal for stews, ragùs, meat in sauce, rice dishes or sautéed vegetables.
With a capacity of 4 litres and a height of 9 cm, it leaves room to brown the pieces well before adding the liquid. The tempered glass lid can be used closed for gentle cooking, ajar to reduce, or rested on the handle to stir, and the condensed steam falls back onto the food. The internal scale makes it easy to measure liquids without a jug.
It is made from a five-layer, two-metal composite that distributes heat evenly. The welded handles have no rivets or screws, which makes cleaning easier. It works on all types of hob, including induction, and goes in the oven up to 220 °C. Woll guarantees the body for 25 years.
