Woll Titanium Nowo Induction deep pan 28 cm
The Woll Titanium Nowo Induction 28 cm deep frying pan is a large-capacity, hand-cast aluminium frying pan with a titanium non-stick coating and a high rim, designed for cooking generous portions.
Its 3,5 litre capacity and 7 cm height make it almost a shallow casserole: it is good for family stir-fries, quick stews, rice dishes or meat in sauce. The thick base of about 22 cm in diameter distributes heat well, and the titanium non-stick stops food catching. With the detachable handle it can go in the oven up to 250 °C.
It is hand-cast in aluminium in Germany, with a thick induction base (about 8 mm) that does not warp and distributes heat evenly, and has the Nowo titanium non-stick coating, highly resistant to abrasion.

Care: Although it is dishwasher safe, Woll recommends washing it by hand with hot water and a soft sponge to better preserve the non-stick. Use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scourers.
