Woll Titanium Nowo Induction griddle pan 28 x 28 cm
The Woll Titanium Nowo Induction grill pan measuring 28 x 28 cm is a square cast aluminium grill with a ridged base, for marking meat, fish and vegetables with the classic barbecue lines without leaving the kitchen.
The raised base lifts the food and lets the fat collect between the ridges, so it is grilled rather than stewed in its own juices. Its square shape makes use of the whole surface for several steaks, chops, slices of courgette or asparagus at once. The titanium non-stick makes it easy to turn them and to clean afterwards, and the detachable handle allows use in the oven up to 250 °C.
It is hand-cast in aluminium in Germany, with a thick induction base (about 8 mm) that does not warp and distributes heat evenly, and has the Nowo titanium non-stick coating, highly resistant to abrasion.
Ideal for anyone who enjoys the griddle and grill every day, on all types of hob, induction included.
