This Vitavit® Premium line of pressure cookers offers exclusive features that make it very easy to use and guarantee the highest level of safety. Its lid is very easy to place thanks to the metal tab it incorporates. Thanks to the new design of the pot's rim, closing it is the easiest thing in the world. It features a Novogrill Surface, for frying food with little oil until crispy and with a touch that resembles grilling. It has a safety lock; when the pressure cooker is correctly closed, a click is heard, and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green. Until this happens, pressure will not begin to build up.

It includes three cooking levels, in addition to the two classic cooking levels. The Vitavit® Premium line offers an innovative steaming function. It works without pressure, so you can peek at the food, stir it, and season it at any time. With the cooking valve with a three-color traffic light system, cooking with the pressure cooker is simple and safe. Yellow, the heat can now be lowered; green, the set temperature has been reached, and the cooking time begins to count down; and red, the temperature is too high, and the pressure must be reduced.

The Vitavit® Premium line models are equipped with an ergonomic loop-type handle. This ensures safety when handling the pot, even with wet or greasy hands. With an internal measuring scale, the pot incorporates a very practical filling level indicator, located inside, which shows the minimum and maximum liquid levels. Its removable handle makes cleaning and storing the pressure cooker easy. A very practical advantage for storing several pots or casseroles in the cabinet: they can be stacked by nesting them one on top of the other.

Depressurizing the pot is easier than ever; the special Comfort steam release function allows precise control of steam discharge. It is no longer necessary to manually hold the device that opened the passage. Its "Cookstar®" encapsulated base is suitable for all types of stoves and is also compatible with induction cooktops. It ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution, and retention.
