Size: this rug can be made to any size. The maximum width is 400 cm and the maximum length is 600 cm. As well as rectangular, it can also be made in a square format. Our website shows the most common sizes, but you can request a custom quote by writing to us via email or by phone.

Border:

• Classic tape/binding (2 cm): available in various colours. Please state your preference in the “Notes” field when ordering.

  This is our best-selling finish, and the one we generally use in most of our projects.

• Edging (1 cm): a simple finish in the same tone as the rug. Not available in other colours. This is the finish shown in the product photographs.

Care: vacuum regularly to keep the rug in good condition and reduce the build-up of dust and dirt. On loop-pile rugs, do not use vacuum cleaners with a rotating brush. They can be mopped for a deeper clean.

Delivery time: Made to order as a bespoke product. Estimated time of approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Manufacturing and returns: As this is a bespoke product made for each individual order, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping: Free kerbside delivery in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. For the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe, please check the rate at checkout. Upstairs delivery is available for an additional cost of €90, due to the size and special logistics these rugs require.
