The blade is cut from a single piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel with a laser. This production method is cheaper than forging, but it allows you to obtain very good kitchen knives if the right type of steel is used. The steel is then hardened to 56 Rockwell. The result is that the blade retains its sharpness longer than other brands in the same price range. But that is not all. The cutting edge is also easy to sharpen.
