Raíces draws on the memory of whitewashed southern villages and the green of their courtyards. It's the most evocative collection from the workshop and one of the ones that age best.

Its ridged interior surface grates garlic, tomato, cured cheese, ginger or citrus without any risk of cuts, and the piece goes straight from the counter to the table.
