The Woll Logic Steel 30 cm wok is an uncoated multi-layer stainless steel wok, ready to cook over a high heat and move the ingredients quickly, as Asian cooking demands.
Its 15 cm base concentrates the heat while the high, open sides let you push the food to the edges: so you can stir-fry noodles, fried rice, crunchy vegetables or strips of meat and seafood in a few minutes. With a capacity of 4,9 litres, it also works for steaming or quick stews.
It is built with five layers of stainless steel and aluminium that distribute heat across the whole surface. Having no coating, it is PFAS-free and can be used with metal spatulas. The handle is detachable, so it can go in the oven or be stored taking up less space. Woll offers a 25 year guarantee on the body.

Care: Dishwasher safe if the handle is removed first. For gentler care, wash it by hand with warm water and a soft sponge and dry it well to avoid water marks. Stains or rainbow tints can be removed with a stainless steel cleaner or citric acid.
