Woll Eco Lite QXR wok 30 cm
The Woll Eco Lite QXR 30 cm wok is a lightweight non-stick wok for stir-frying vegetables, meat, prawns or noodles over a high heat, with all the flavour of oriental cooking and no PFAS in its coating.
At 10 cm high and with a capacity of 4,1 litres, it leaves plenty of room to toss the ingredients vigorously without spilling. Its 14,9 cm base concentrates the heat in the centre, while the sides let you push aside what is already cooked. The Diamond-QXR coating stops sticking and lets you cook with little oil.
It is made with 100 % recycled aluminium and a PFAS-free Diamond-QXR coating. The detachable handle contains 50 % wood flour and, once removed, the wok can go in the oven up to 300 °C.

Care: Preferably wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild detergent, letting the piece cool first. It is dishwasher safe without the handle, although hand washing extends the life of the coating. Do not use metal utensils: wood or silicone is better. Avoid abrasive scourers and harsh products.
