The Woll Steel set of 3 frying pans combines a 18/10 stainless steel body with a three-layer non-stick coating, in the three essential sizes: 20, 24 and 28 cm.

So you have the small pan for eggs and sauces, the medium for omelettes and stir-fries for two, and the large for cooking meat, fish or vegetables in quantity. Their thick base heats quickly and evenly, so medium heat is normally enough. They also have an internal measuring scale and a pouring rim.

They are made from matte-finish 18/10 stainless steel, with an encapsulated 5 mm base that works on all types of hob, including induction. The three-layer non-stick coating is abrasion resistant, and the pans can go in the oven up to 180 °C. Woll offers a 2 year guarantee on the coating and 25 on the body.

Care: Dishwasher safe, although washing by hand with lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid prolongs the life of the non-stick coating. Use silicone or wooden utensils and soak stuck-on residue rather than scraping.
