Woll Eco Logic QXR frying pan
The Woll Eco Logic QXR frying pan is a cast aluminium frying pan with a PFAS-free non-stick coating, designed for browning, searing and frying with an even result. It is available in 20, 24 and 28 cm diameters.
Thick-walled cast aluminium retains heat very well, so meat sears without cooling the pan and omelettes set evenly. The Diamond-QXR coating lets food release easily and lets you cook with little oil. With the detachable handle, the pan goes straight into the oven up to 300 °C.
The body is cast aluminium, hand-cast in Germany (Saarland), with a thick base that stores and distributes heat evenly, and it has the PFAS-free Diamond-QXR non-stick coating.

Care: It is dishwasher safe without the handle, although Woll recommends hand washing with a soft sponge to extend the life of the coating. Let it cool before washing, use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scourers.
