Woll Eco Logic QXR Wood deep frying pan 28 cm
The Woll Eco Logic QXR Wood 28 cm deep frying pan is a high-sided cast aluminium frying pan with a detachable FSC wooden handle and PFAS-free non-stick, designed for stir-fries, stews and recipes with sauce.
At 7 cm high and with a capacity of 3,3 litres, it takes generous portions: a garlic chicken, some sautéed vegetables or a pasta finished in the pan itself. The Diamond-QXR coating stops it catching and makes cleaning easier, and without the handle it can go in the oven up to 300 °C to gratinate or keep warm.
The body is cast aluminium made in Germany with a PFAS-free Diamond-QXR non-stick coating, and the detachable handle is FSC-certified wood, warm to the touch and with a very natural look.

Care: Wash by hand with a soft sponge and dry thoroughly; the wooden handle must not go in the dishwasher. The body without the handle is dishwasher safe, although hand washing preserves the coating better. Use wooden or silicone utensils.
