Woll Eco Logic QXR deep frying pan
The Woll Eco Logic QXR deep frying pan is a cast aluminium frying pan with a high 7 cm rim, ideal for stir-fries, quick stews, rice dishes and recipes with sauce. Available in 24 and 28 cm diameters.
Its depth lets you cook generous portions without splashing and finish pastas or sauces in the pan itself. The 28 cm model has a capacity of 3,3 litres. The PFAS-free Diamond-QXR non-stick makes it easy to turn food and to clean afterwards, and the detachable handle lets you put it in the oven up to 300 °C.
The body is cast aluminium, hand-cast in Germany (Saarland), with a thick base that stores and distributes heat evenly, and it has the PFAS-free Diamond-QXR non-stick coating.
A very complete deep frying pan, able to replace a shallow casserole in many everyday recipes.

Care: It is dishwasher safe without the handle, although Woll recommends hand washing with a soft sponge to extend the life of the coating. Let it cool before washing, use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scourers.
