Terms and conditions of sale

• All our products include the corresponding VAT, in accordance with current Spanish and European legislation.
• If you need an invoice, you can request one by sending an email to info@pinoyjacaranda.com indicating your tax information and order number. We will send it to you as soon as possible in digital format.

If you made a mistake when placing your order, you can cancel it by contacting us by phone or email. If the order hasn't shipped yet and cancellation is possible, we'll refund you the full amount . We never keep anything that doesn't belong to us.

Pino & Jacaranda does not assume responsibility for graphic or numerical errors resulting from website maintenance and reserves the right to cancel orders for these reasons, for calculation errors or for causes beyond the company's control, returning any amount paid by the customer.

We may also cancel orders if the merchandise is in poor condition in our warehouse, if the supplier confirms the impossibility of delivering it, or if it is a custom-made product that ultimately cannot be manufactured.

Prices shown on the website may change without prior notice due to campaigns, discounts, manufacturer price changes, or seasonal adjustments.

Coupons and promotional codes

Coupons and discount codes issued by Pino & Jacaranda are subject to the specific conditions indicated in each promotion and are for personal use and are non-transferable.

In the event of an obvious error or a disproportionate amount in the discount value due to technical, human or configuration reasons, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or adjust said coupon , even if it has been applied during the purchase process.

In these cases, Pino & Jacaranda may cancel the purchase order and proceed to refund the amount paid, after notifying the customer and explaining the error detected.

When an order has been placed with in-store pickup, we will notify you as soon as it is available for collection.

Maximum collection period

Orders must be collected within 30 days of availability. If the customer needs to extend this period, they must request it before the deadline and receive express confirmation from Pino & Jacaranda. If the order is not collected or communicated within this timeframe, it will be understood that the customer has withdrawn from the order, and the company may freely dispose of the product. In such a case, a voucher for the amount actually paid will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This voucher is not redeemable for cash.

In the case of voluntary return, the customer assumes the return costs, except in specific campaigns in which Pino & Jacaranda expressly indicates that it will cover these costs.

Deadlines for review and return

Inspection period: You have 48 hours from receipt to inspect the item and check that it is free of damage or irregularities. After this period, we will not be able to accept claims for shipping damage.

Return period: According to articles 102 et seq. of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to justify the reason, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging.

This right does not apply to custom-made, personalized products, products with special finishes , or when it is expressly stated that they are non-returnable.

Custom-made items cannot be returned once their manufacture has begun, except in cases of error, defect or breakage attributable to the manufacturer, transport or the piece itself.

Custom-made resin-coated tablecloths

The resin-coated tablecloths are custom-made at the time of purchase, from the rolls available in our warehouse , and are expressly cut according to the measurements requested by the customer.

For this reason, and in accordance with the consumer regulations for products made according to consumer specifications, it is not possible to refund the amount once the tablecloth has been cut and made.

However, if the customer is not satisfied, Pino & Jacaranda offers the possibility of issuing a voucher for the amount of the product , usable in future purchases in our store.

This voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue and will not be exchangeable for cash.

Return shipping costs: For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are the actual cost of return transport. This is usually higher than the initial shipping cost, as returns typically do not qualify for the promotional discounts offered on the outgoing shipment. The exact amount will be calculated based on the size, weight, and number of packages and will be communicated before arranging the collection.

These products are made to order. Due to their special nature, they are non-returnable except in cases of damage during transport. If they arrive broken or damaged, we will arrange for the replacement of the affected parts.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please email us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com with your order number (e.g., PJ-1001) in the subject line. It is important that the entire process is documented in writing.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and always in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, if everything is in order, we will process the refund.

Refund: will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, although the actual appearance of the refund may depend on the bank, card or payment provider (e.g., PayPal).

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been sent, in which case Pino & Jacaranda will assume the collection cost.

For particularly delicate items, such as mirrors or other fragile pieces, we will ask you to record a video of the unpacking at the time of delivery. This helps us document their condition upon receipt and is essential for processing claims for any shipping damage.

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and Bizum .

Data transmission is carried out securely through platforms like Shopify Payments or PayPal. Your account will only be charged after your bank authorizes the transaction.

You have 24 hours from receipt of your order to inspect the merchandise and notify us of any damage resulting from transport by writing to info@pinoyjacaranda.com . After this period, it will not be possible to file a claim with the shipping company's insurance.

If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, it's important to note this on the carrier's delivery slip and take photos of the packaging and the product. If we confirm the damage, we'll arrange for collection and replacement at no extra cost to you.

All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee established by current regulations. Some items are intended exclusively for domestic use, and we are not responsible for uses other than those intended by the manufacturer.

To make the warranty effective, it will be necessary to present the proof of purchase and, if applicable, provide photographs or videos that allow the incident to be assessed.

The use of the Pino & Jacaranda website is governed by current legislation and the principles of good faith. The user agrees to use the site diligently, without harming third parties or engaging in illegal, defamatory, or infringing activities.

Reproduction, distribution or modification of the website content is prohibited without the express written authorization of Pino & Jacaranda or the corresponding rights holders.

Each item includes a description, measurements, and photographs provided by the brand or our team. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may occasionally show slight variations in tone, texture, or finish from the final product due to lighting or screen settings.
