VAT & Invoices

  • All our products include VAT, as required by Spanish and European legislation.
  • If you require an invoice, please send us an email to info@pinoyjacaranda.com with your tax information and order number, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations, prices and availability

If you made a mistake when placing your order, you can cancel it by calling or emailing us. We will refund you the full amount. We will never keep anything that doesn't belong to us.

Pino & Jacaranda does not assume responsibility for graphic or numerical errors resulting from website maintenance and reserves the right to cancel orders for these reasons, calculation errors, or causes beyond the company's control, refunding any amount paid.

We can cancel orders if the merchandise is in poor condition in our warehouse or cannot ultimately be obtained (for example, custom-made products).

Prices may change without prior notice depending on campaigns, sales or seasons.

Coupons and promotional codes

Coupons or discount codes issued by Pino & Jacaranda are subject to the specific conditions indicated in each promotion and are for personal use only and are non-transferable. In the event of an obvious error or a disproportionate discount amount —due to technical, human, or configuration reasons—the company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or adjust the coupon , even if it has already been applied during the purchase process.

In such cases, Pino & Jacaranda may also cancel the purchase order and proceed with the corresponding refund , after notifying the customer and explaining the error detected.

Returns

In case of return, the customer assumes the return costs, except in specific campaigns in which Pino & Jacaranda will expressly assume them.

What is the deadline for review and return?

Inspection period: You have 48 hours from receipt to inspect the item and check that it is free of damage or irregularities. After this period, we do not accept claims.

Return period: According to Articles 102 et seq. of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason, provided the item is in perfect condition. This right does not apply to custom-made products, products with special finishes, or products marked as non-returnable.

Custom-made items cannot be returned once manufacturing has begun, except in cases of error, defect or breakage.

Return shipping costs: will be borne by the customer (except in special campaigns), applying the actual cost of return shipping, which is usually higher than the initial shipping cost.

These products are made to order. They are non-returnable except in cases of shipping damage, in which case they will be replaced if they arrive broken or damaged.

Return procedure

You must write to us at info@pinoyjacaranda.com with the order number in the subject line (for example, PJ-1001). Everything must be in writing.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and with the original packaging. We will wait to receive them, examine them, and, if everything is in order, we will process the refund.

Refund: will be made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from your notification, although it may take a few days longer depending on the provider's conditions (e.g., PayPal).

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent, in which case Pino & Jacaranda will assume the collection cost.

Delicate items

For very delicate items (such as mirrors), we request that you send a video of the unpacking upon receipt to document its initial condition. This is essential for handling any subsequent claims.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and Bizum.

Data transmission is secure through Shopify Payments or PayPal. The charge is only processed after your bank authorizes the transaction.

Warranty against transport damage

The customer has 24 hours after receipt to inspect the merchandise and report any damage to info@pinoyjacaranda.com . After this period, it will not be possible to claim for transport damage.

If you notice any damage to the package, please note it on the carrier's delivery note and take photographs. If we confirm the damage, we will arrange for collection and replacement at no additional cost.

Legal guarantee

All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with current regulations. Some products are intended for domestic use only; we are not responsible for any use other than that intended.

To claim the warranty, you must present the proof of purchase and, if requested, photographs of the product.

User rights and obligations

Use of this site is subject to applicable law and principles of good faith. The user agrees to use it diligently, without harming third parties or reproducing content without permission.

Each item includes a description, measurements, and photographs, provided by the corresponding brand. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

The user must safeguard their username and password diligently. Pino & Jacaranda will not be responsible for their misuse or disclosure.
