How we process your request. When you submit a request from this page, our fulfillment provider, Consentmo, processes your email address and IP solely for the purpose of managing your request. You can consult the details in Consentmo's data processing policy.

Access to your personal data
Request a report with all the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
Response time: we will respond within one month. If your request is particularly complex, we may extend it under the terms allowed by law and will inform you.

If any information in your account is incorrect or outdated, you can ask us to correct it.
Erasure or right to be forgotten
Use this option if you want us to delete your personal data from our store. Please note that this process also deletes your account, so you will lose access to your order history.
