Size: the rug can be made to any size. The maximum width is 400 cm and the maximum length is 600 cm. As well as rectangular, it can also be made in a square format. On the website we show the most common sizes, but you can request a special quote by writing to us via email or by phone.
Edge:
- Edging (1 cm): simple finish in the same tone as the rug. Not available in other colours.

Maintenance: vacuum regularly to keep the rug in good condition and reduce dust and dirt build-up. For loop-pile rugs, do not use vacuum cleaners with a rotating brush. They can be washed for a deeper clean.
Delivery time: Made-to-order product, made to measure. Approximate lead time of 3 to 4 weeks.
Manufacturing and returns: As this is a product made to measure for each order, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Shipping: Free kerbside delivery in mainland Spain and Portugal. For the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe, check the rate during checkout. Upstairs home delivery is available for an additional cost of 90 €, due to the size and special logistics these rugs require.
