This line of Vitavit® Premium pressure cookers offers exclusive features that make it very easy to use and guarantee the highest level of safety. Its lid is very easy to replace thanks to the built-in metal tab. Thanks to the newly designed rim, closing it is the easiest thing in the world. It features a Novogrill surface for frying foods with little oil until crispy and with a grill-like touch. It has a safety lock; when the pressure cooker is closed correctly, you hear a click and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green. Until this happens, pressure does not begin to build up.
It includes three cooking levels, in addition to the two classic cooking levels. The Vitavit® Premium line offers an innovative steam cooking function. It works without pressure, so you can check the food, stir it, and season it at any time. With the tricolor traffic light cooking valve, cooking with the pressure cooker is simple and safe. Yellow indicates the heat can be lowered; green indicates the set temperature has been reached and the cooking time begins to count down; red indicates the temperature is too high and the pressure must be lowered.
The Vitavit® Premium line models are equipped with an ergonomic loop-type handle. This ensures safe handling, even with wet or greasy hands. With an internal measuring scale, the pressure cooker features a very practical fill level indicator, located inside, which indicates the minimum and maximum liquid levels. Its removable handle makes cleaning and storing the pressure cooker easier. A very practical advantage for storing several pots or pans in the cupboard: they can be stacked on top of each other.
Depressurizing your pressure cooker is easier than ever. The special Comfort Steam Release function allows you to precisely control the steam release. You no longer need to manually hold the steam release device. Its encapsulated "Cookstar®" base is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction cooktops. It ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution, and retention. It's perfect for demanding cooks who want to cook quick yet healthy dishes.
