Vitaquick® is the entry-level model in Fissler's pressure cooker range. With its attractive design and clever features, it will delight even those new to pressure cooking. Thanks to the metal tab on the lid, placing it correctly is a breeze. And thanks to the newly designed rim, closing it is the easiest thing in the world. When the pressure cooker is closed correctly, you'll hear a click, and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green. Until this happens, pressure has not begun to build up.

You can choose between two cooking levels: gentle and rapid. The pressure cooker features a very practical fill level indicator, located inside, which indicates the minimum and maximum liquid levels. The removable handle makes cleaning and storing the pressure cooker easier. A very practical advantage for storing several pots or pans in the cupboard: they can be stacked on top of each other. The encapsulated Superthermic base is suitable for all types of stovetops: also compatible with induction cooktops. It ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution, and storage.
